Section 1.inddI've always liked to travel. There’s something about packing a case and going to the airport – a sense of anticipation of what you’re going to encounter in a ‘foreign’ world. Maybe it comes from my upbringing where we were always constantly moving home. By the time I was ten I had experiences of living abroad that must have been the envy of most people at that time. Flying inverted was the party trick that ensured my life in helicopters would also take me around the world.
