This model was an accurate copy of the BK117 helicopter belonging to the London Fire Brigade. They got rid of the helicopter soon after I completed the model. Some of the working features included rotating camera, working lights and winch.
It was powered by a Zenoah 23cc petrol engine and weighed around 22 pounds. Mechanics were by Vario. The pictures below of the completed model were taken at Sandown Park Symposium in the UK.
